The Brother Whatsapp Warranty Registration Service is currently operational and users may now register their product warranty by contacting Whatsapp and following 3 simple steps (see below).
1. Add Brother on Whatsapp: +6018 229 7699 or scan the QR Code as below
2. Send a photo of the Brother machine serial number label and proof of purchase (invoice) via Whatsapp.
3. Provide us with the following details;
a. Full Name:
b. Contact Number:
c. Email Address:
We encourage to using this Whatsapp Warranty Registration Service to register Brother product warranty upon purchase.
